Ebelsha Systems Limited was founded with a simple belief: the businesses doing the most important work — clinics, pharmacies, retailers, logistics operators — deserve software that actually fits how they operate. Not generic tools that were built for someone else.
Our first system was the Ebelsha Clinic Platform, built for a health centre that was managing stock in notebooks and tallying daily sales by hand. Within two months of going live, end-of-day reconciliation dropped from over an hour to under ten minutes, and stockouts fell by more than 60%.
Every system we ship is offline-first — because the businesses we serve often operate in environments where internet connectivity is unreliable, and a system that stops working when the connection drops is not a system you can run your business on.
Clients pay a simple monthly subscription. We configure the system, train the team on-site, and stay as a long-term technology partner — shipping updates and improvements every month as part of the subscription.
