How is the monthly price determined?
We look at the system being deployed, your number of locations, team size, and any custom configuration needed. We'll walk through it on a short call and give you a fixed monthly figure before anything starts.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
No. On-site configuration and staff training are included in the first month. There are no surprise setup costs — the monthly fee covers everything listed.
Can the monthly rate change?
Your rate is fixed for each billing cycle. If your business grows — adding locations, users, or systems — we'll agree a new rate together before it takes effect.
Is there a minimum contract length?
No lock-in. You pay month by month. We believe every system should earn its renewal — not a contract should enforce it.
Can we run more than one Ebelsha system?
Yes. Each system has its own monthly subscription. Clients running multiple Ebelsha systems are billed per system, and we work with you to make the pricing fair as you grow.
What support is included in every subscription?
Email and phone support during business hours, plus monthly system updates as we ship improvements. You reach the team that built the system — not an outsourced support desk.
