How is the monthly price determined?
We look at your number of branches, team size, product setup, and any custom configuration needed. We'll walk through it on a short call and give you a fixed monthly figure before anything starts.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New clients get a 14-day free trial with full access to the Trade System. No credit card required. At the end of the trial, a custom monthly rate is agreed based on your business.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
No. On-site configuration and staff training are included in the first month. There are no surprise setup costs; the monthly fee covers everything listed.
Can the monthly rate change?
Your rate is fixed for each billing cycle. If your business grows by adding locations, users, or new configuration, we'll agree a new rate together before it takes effect.
Is there a minimum contract length?
No lock-in. You pay month by month. We believe the Trade System should earn its renewal.
What support is included in every subscription?
Email support during business hours, plus monthly system updates as we ship improvements. You reach the team that built the system.
